**What's included in the rental cost?**
If you're within a 10-mile radius of our location in Pelham, Alabama, you're eligible for free delivery! For locations beyond this range, a delivery charge will apply. Rest assured, we set up and sanitize all rentals on site. Additionally, we boast a dedicated 24-hour team that's just a text message away for any immediate updates or inquiries you might have. Our delivery crews truly value and appreciate any tips!
Your delivery is scheduled between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm. We promise your inflatable will be set up and ready well before your event kicks off :)
**How to Book:**
Booking with us is straightforward. Start by clicking on "Add To Cart". Choose the date and time for your event, and then follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your reservation. When you proceed to the checkout page, you'll see a breakdown of the entire rental cost. At A-Z Bounce House Rentals, a deposit is mandatory for all reservations. This deposit is directly credited to your rental amount and isn't an extra charge. The remaining balance is auto-charged from your registered card on the Friday leading up to your event. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, preventing you from utilizing our rental services, any payments made will be adjusted, and the difference will be refunded.
If you'd rather not book online, you're always welcome to reach out to us through email or phone. We'll gladly assist in setting up your reservation.
Do note: Reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit. We understand plans can change, so we provide a 60-day window from your original event date for any rescheduling needs. We urge you to go through all the details before confirming your booking.
